We are seeking a Process Improvement Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of process improvement and transformation initiatives, combining strong project management capability with deep process expertise.​

The role focuses on ensuring improvements are operationally effective, aligned to strategic business priorities, and meet customer and contractual delivery requirements.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can lead process experts to assess current-state processes, design future-state solutions, and implement sustainable change across people, process, and technology, while managing projects through the full delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation projects from discovery through implementation and embedding.

Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery to agreed time, cost, scope, and quality standards.

Analyse, redesign, and optimise business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.

Lead and coordinate process experts to assess current processes and design future-state solutions.

Engage, influence, and manage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.

Implement sustainable change by embedding new ways of working across teams and systems.

Track benefits realisation and performance using data, KPIs, and structured governance.

Drive continuous improvement through structured methodologies and disciplined execution.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong project management and delivery expertise, including planning, governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.

Proven process improvement and process mapping experience, including Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies and end-to-end process redesign.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including engagement at senior leadership level.

Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel capability.

Demonstrable ability to lead change, facilitate workshops, and deliver sustainable business transformation.

Lean / Six Sigma qualification (Green Belt or higher, or equivalent).

Experience delivering process improvement initiatives in a complex, customer-focused environment.

Strong proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio (BPMN experience beneficial).
