We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join our thriving nursery setting in Newham.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality early years education, fostering a safe and nurturing environment, and building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high standard of care, learning, and development in line with the EYFS framework.
Act as a key person to a small group of children, supporting their developmental milestones and maintaining accurate records.
Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers.
Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, and GDPR.
Essential Requirements
Qualification: Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
DBS: Must be registered with the DBS Update Service.
Experience: Proven experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards.
Personal Attributes
A genuine passion for working with children.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to use initiative and work independently.
High levels of energy, patience, and creativity.
