Summary
This job is for an experienced Painter & Decorator / Multi-skilled operative working on apartment interiors in the Manchester OL6 area for Adex Solutions Int’l Ltd.

* Location: Manchester OL6
* Start date: ASAP
* Pay: £17–£20 per hour (depending on experience)
* Hours: 40 hours per week
* Duration: Up to 16 weeks, with ongoing long-term work possible
* Type of work: Internal emulsion and gloss painting on apartments
Requirements
* Valid CSCS Blue Card or above
* Own tools and PPE
* Previous site experience
* Commercial references
* Good English communication skills
Main duties
* Surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, filling)
* Applying emulsion, gloss, varnishes, and decorative finishes
* Protecting surrounding areas
* Maintaining a tidy work area
* Following health and safety procedures
