What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a teaching assistant to join our Early Years Team, initially working in Reception. You will join a fantastic staff team who support each other to provide the best education for the children in our care.
The right candidate will:
• Have previous experience of working with/ guiding the learning of children, preferably within a school setting and with experience of nursery or reception.
• Be able to take a lead role in learning activities as set and supported by the teacher
• Be comfortable working with individuals and groups of children
• Be able to be adaptable and creative
