Role Summary;

The Assistant Care Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Care Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in healthcare or social service environments. This position serves as a link between management and care teams, combining leadership, administrative oversight, and direct support to ensure the well-being of both service users and staff.
Typical Qualifications;

• Relevant qualification in Health and Social Care Level 3 or above
• Experience in a care or support setting
• Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication
• Willingness to pursue ongoing training and professional development
