Summary

Our client, a highly respected education provider in the Dudley area, is seeking a talented and dedicated Full-time SEN Teacher to join their dynamic team. As a Full-time SEN Teacher, you will be a passionate advocate for your students, collaborating with parents, carers, and multi-disciplinary professionals to ensure a holistic approach to their educational and personal development. Your strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships will be essential in fostering a supportive and collaborative learning community.

We are looking for an individual who possesses the following qualifications and attributes:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK
- Extensive experience working with students with special educational needs, such as autism, learning disabilities, or emotional and behavioural difficulties
- A deep understanding of the National Curriculum and its practical application in a SEN setting
- Excellent behaviour management skills, with the ability to create a positive, nurturing learning environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in SEN education
