We are recruiting a committed SEN Teaching Assistant for a specialist provision in Islington, supporting pupils with a range of additional learning and communication needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about inclusive education and making a meaningful difference in children's lives.
- Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support
- Support pupils with ASC, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
- Assist with structured learning activities and interventions
- Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
- Support pupils in achieving EHCP targets
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Calm, consistent, and adaptable approach
- Comfortable supporting personal care if required
- Passionate about child development and inclusion
- Long-term, stable placement
