Or perhaps you already have experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals and are looking for a rewarding role within education?
We're working with a number of specialist schools across Fareham that are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams on both flexible and long-term placements.
Whether you're looking to gain classroom experience, explore a future career in education, or simply want a role where your support genuinely matters, we'd love to hear from you.
You don't need to have worked in a school or as an SEN Teaching Assistant before.
Schools are looking for people who can build trust, show empathy, and provide consistent support to students who may face additional challenges in their learning journey.
If you have transferable skills and a positive attitude, we'll help you develop the rest through training and ongoing support.

- Working one-to-one and with small groups of pupils
