Summary
We are seeking an outstanding, creative, and dedicated Pre-School Room Leader to join a fantastic, growing nursery team in Belvedere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily running of the Pre-School room, balancing active play with structured Early Years teaching.
- Deliver and demonstrate excellent practice in teaching the EYFS curriculum.
- Foster exceptional relationships with staff, parents, and children to support the nursery's growth.
- Assist with staff training, mentorship, and maintaining accurate developmental records.
What We Are Looking For:
- A full and relevant qualification in Early Years (highly desirable).
- Proven experience in a similar teaching or room leader role within a childcare setting.
- Deep knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, Ofsted statutory guidance, and safeguarding/child protection procedures.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and team-playing skills.
