Are you an experienced Early Years educator who understands that behaviour is a form of communication and responds with empathy, consistency, and skill? Do you want to lead, inspire, and empower a large team of support staff to be the secure, consistent adults who make a difference to every child, all of the time?
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and deeply committed Nursery Teacher to lead and inspire our dedicated team of support staff. In our nursery school, we look beyond surface actions. We empower our entire team to understand each child’s behaviour as communication, focusing on identifying their individual needs and ensuring they feel secure, settled and ready to learn. Through inclusive, high-quality teaching, we are committed to making a difference for every child by enabling them to thrive and reach their full potential.
