Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
As a Receptionist/administration assistant you will be the first point of contact for pupils and visitors, determining their requirements and completing a range of duties on a day to day basis including supporting pupil queries, liaising with parents both over the phone and face to face and supporting colleagues.
This can be an extremely busy position and the successful candidate must be hardworking, energetic, reliable and have the ability to deal with issues using their own initiative as they arise whilst also working as part of a team.
Duties will include:
• Answer and screen incoming calls.
• Face to face reception duties which includes pupils, parents, contractors and visitors.
• Perform general administration duties including typing of correspondence, reports and other clerical duties where needed.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Problem solving abilities
• Careful attention to office duties
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional
• Competent using IT systems
• GCSE Grade C and above in English and Maths
• Some experience of financial administration
