Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a skilled, confident and caring Teaching Assistant who is committed and passionate about supporting children with additional needs in school and who is able to provide high quality support. This is a permanent role providing support within a growing school.

We are a school on a journey – building a positive, inclusive culture where every child can thrive, and every member of staff is valued and supported to grow and we are looking for someone ready to get stuck in and be part of this exciting journey.

The role includes:

• Building strong, positive relationships with children in all year groups.
• Working as part of our developing approach to nurture, inclusion and emotional regulation.
• Being a calm, consistent presence across the school – especially for children who need it most.
