About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Recruitment Account Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or account management who enjoys engaging with people, building strong relationships, and working towards targets.

As a Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for managing prospective enquiries throughout their journey, from initial contact through to approval. You'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding candidate experience while managing a regional pipeline and supporting recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a portfolio of prospective enquiries, ensuring timely progression through each stage of the recruitment process
    • Build rapport and maintain regular communication with potential candidates, providing guidance and support throughout their journey
    • Conduct introductory visits and meetings across your designated region
    • Contribute to recruitment initiatives, events, and virtual information sessions to engage and attract new applicants
    • Ensure all candidate information, activity, and outcomes are accurately recorded and reported
    • Monitor pipeline performance and work towards agreed conversion and approval targets

    About You

    The successful candidate will have:

      • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or a relationship management role
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • A proactive, self-motivated, and organised approach to work
      • The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively from a home-based environment
      • Strong administrative and reporting skills with good attention to detail
      • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
