Are you a confident AND adaptable Educator looking for an exciting new role for September across a primary school?
We are looking for a Cover Teacher to join a nurturing and ambitious primary school in Coventry from September 2026. This opportunity is open to both qualified teachers with QTS and unqualified teachers with strong classroom experience.
✨ The Role:
Delivering planned lessons across different year groups
Supporting pupils to stay focused, motivated and engaged
Promoting positive behaviour, inclusion and wellbeing
Working closely with teachers, phase leaders and support staff
Helping maintain a calm, purposeful and caring learning environment
✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Holds QTS, or has relevant experience working with children in education that is comfortable teaching a class.
â¤ï¸ Is passionate about helping children achieve their best
Builds positive relationships quickly with pupils and staff
Is flexible, organised, resilient and proactive
Has high expectations for learning, behaviour and inclusion
Has experience with primary-aged children, which is desirable
