Summary
DIMA Group is seeking a reliable and practical Handyperson to support the general up keep and maintenance of a hotel property in central Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general maintenance tasks throughout the property.
Replace light bulbs and fittings as required.
Complete minor painting and touch-up work.
Perform basic repairs and upkeep of fixtures and fittings.
Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and presentable environment.
Identify and report maintenance issues requiring further attention.
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the property.
Requirements
Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities, or handyman work preferred.
Good practical skills and ability to complete minor repairs independently.
Reliable, punctual, and well organised.
Ability to work safely and efficiently.
Positive attitude and attention to detail.
Location: Edinburgh EH2 2AU
Hours: 16 hours per week, 9 – 5
Working Days: Tuesday and Wednesday each week
Pay & Benefits
£12.85 per hour basic pay.
28 days annual holiday entitlement (inclusive of bank holidays, pro rata where applicable).
Full DIMA Group uniform provided.
