Summary
We are looking for an Inbound Supervisor to join our Distribution Centre!
As an Inbound Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day inbound warehouse activities, ensuring deliveries are received, checked, and processed accurately, safely, and efficiently. You will lead and support a team of warehouse operatives while maintaining high standards of productivity, stock accuracy, and health and safety compliance.
Main Duties Include:
Supervise and coordinate all inbound warehouse operations.
Manage the unloading, checking, and receipt of deliveries from suppliers and carriers.
Ensure stock is processed accurately and entered into warehouse systems in a timely manner.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, support, and training where required.
Maintain high standards of health and safety and ensure company procedures are followed at all times.
Work closely with other warehouse departments to ensure smooth stock flow throughout the distribution centre.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, and delivery issues.
Support the Warehouse Management team in achieving operational KPIs and service targets.
Assist with workforce planning and resource allocation across shifts.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good understanding of warehouse processes, stock control, and goods-in operations.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Experience using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
Knowledge of health and safety requirements within a warehouse environment.
Desirable
Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence.
Experience within a high-volume retail distribution environment.
Knowledge of warehouse KPI management and continuous improvement practices.

Hours of this position are -
7.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, hours to total 40 per week. Ocassional weekend work may be required.
