Core Group are currently recruiting for 4 experienced Cladders for an ongoing project in Arborfield Green, Reading (RG2 9ZG).

Location: Arborfield Green, Reading, RG2 9ZG
Start Date: 09/06/2026
Duration: Ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (8 hours paid per day)
Rate: £220 - £230 per day (depending on experience)

Cladder Duties

• Working externally to install external wall systems.
  
• Installation of weather board systems fixed back to Metsec stud sections.
  
• Sealing all board edges to specification.
  
• Installation of cavity barrier systems secured back to weather boards.
  
• Ensuring all work is completed to the required quality and safety standards.
  
• Logging all works completed using a supplied phone and app-based software.
  Requirements
  • Valid CSCS Card
    
  • Full PPE
    
  • Previous cladding/external wall system installation experience
    
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    
  • Own tools preferred
