Summary
This is a varied and fast-paced role where priorities can shift, so adaptability and strong organisation are essential. You’ll work with complex data in Excel, turning it into meaningful insights, while building effective relationships across Adults’ Health and Care directorate. With opportunities to support digital projects and collaborate widely, this is a great role for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll do:
- Produce governance and incident reports, with clear insights and presentations for senior management.
- Manage, validate and analyse operational, workforce and performance data to ensure accuracy and inform decisions.
- Maintain and develop key reports and dashboards (e.g. staffing, capacity, activity).
- Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, responding to information requests and supporting meetings and projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting HR initiatives, workforce reporting, and ongoing professional development.
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant experience in analysing and presenting data clearly, with strong Excel and Office 365 skills.
- Proven ability to organise, prioritise and manage workloads effectively to meet competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and analytical thinking.
- Confident communicator, able to engage with a range of stakeholders, including senior managers.
- Proactive, adaptable and solution-focused, with integrity when handling sensitive information.
