Children & Young People Mental Health & Bereavement Manager,
based in St Leonards on Sea
30 hours per week, all year round, Monday - Friday
Salary starting at £31,641 per annum, full time equivalent

FSN are looking for an experienced and compassionate Mental Health & Bereavement Manager to lead our Emotional Wellbeing Service at FSN.
In this role, you will provide clinical and operational leadership, supporting a team delivering vital mental health and bereavement support to children, young people and families across the community.
You will need to hold a Level 4 qualification (or above) in Counselling, Psychotherapy, Play or Arts Therapy. You will need to have experience of supervising and supporting a team of practitioners, and experience of managing referrals, assessments and intervention planning.
You will need to have experience in delivering one-to-one and group-based wellbeing sessions and will need to build strong relationships with schools, families and external agencies, ensuring high standards of safeguarding and child protection.
