The Wise Group is looking for a Mentor to join our growing Connect team - an innovative digital mentoring and early intervention service designed to help people build confidence, stability and engagement before challenges escalate further.
Connect combines relational mentoring with structured online learning and wellbeing support, helping people experiencing poverty, unemployment, poor wellbeing, isolation and wider life challenges to make positive and sustainable progress.
In this role, you will support customers referred through Wise Group services, Jobcentres, Justice Social Work and external partners. Using a relational mentoring approach, you will help individuals identify goals, overcome barriers and engage with the right support at the right time.
You will play an important role in:
supporting customers to engage with online mentoring and learning
building trusted relationships that encourage progression and stability
helping customers improve confidence, wellbeing and digital capability
supporting engagement with wider services and opportunities
contributing to the continued growth and development of Connect
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a service that combines digital delivery with relational mentoring to provide flexible, scalable support across multiple communities.
