We are currently recruiting on behalf of a vibrant and nurturing SEN primary school in the Liverpool area that is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The Role

    • Provide classroom support to pupils with a range of additional learning needs.
    • Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and accessible learning activities.
    • Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small group interventions.
    • Encourage positive behaviour, social development, and emotional wellbeing.
    • Help create an inclusive learning environment where all pupils can succeed.
    • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

    Who We're Looking For

      • Graduates in Psychology, Sociology, Counselling, Special Educational Needs, Education, Childhood Studies, Social Work, or related disciplines.
      • Graduates in core academic subjects who have a genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs.
      • Individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Positive, patient, and resilient personalities.
      • Those considering careers in Teaching, Educational Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Social Work, or Mental Health Services.
