Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join our pre-construction team.

The Role

Working closely with commercial and operational teams, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tender submissions across a range of construction projects.

You will play a key role in the bid process from initial enquiry through to final submission, helping secure future projects and supporting continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
• Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering options
• Produce take-offs and pricing schedules
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal delivery teams
• Assist with tender adjudication and final submissions
• Manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively

About You;

• Previous experience as an Estimator within construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
• Experience pricing commercial or industrial projects preferred
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software
