Summary
Core hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with potential flexibility available; full details can be discussed at interview.You will hold responsibility for a complex dual-specialty caseload, providing specialist input across inpatient wards and outpatient clinics. Key responsibilities include implementing safety tools such as SUDEP and Seizure Safety Checklists and Parkinson's Time Critical Medication protocols, benchmarking performance against NASH and the National Parkinson's Audit, and contributing to the development of standardised pathways between secondary, community, primary, and tertiary care.You will work closely with Consultant Neurologists, the Lead Neurology Practitioner, and multidisciplinary teams across the Medicine Division, as well as maintaining relationships with tertiary neurology centres and community partners. There is genuine scope to influence the shape of both services at a local and regional level, and to contribute meaningfully to service development as the team grows.
