Summary

Days of Work - Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, 9.00am–4.30pm

Place of Work - RAMH Head Office, 41 Blackstoun Road, Paisley PA3 1LU

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding opportunity for an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys being at the heart of a busy office. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our teams and ensuring we operate efficiently and professionally.

One day you might be welcoming visitors, supporting service referrals and answering enquiries. The next, you could be producing reports, supporting managers with data and systems, taking minutes at meetings, or helping colleagues across our services use or learn our client management system (Nebula).

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating with a wide range of individuals
Able to think on their feet and take a proactive approach to problem‑solving
Competent with software and systems
Compassionate and people-focused, with strong customer care experience

Previous administration experience is essential. Full training will be provided for RAMH‑specific systems and tasks.
