Summary
We are advertising for a client who requires a candidate to train as a dental receptionist with the prospect of becoming a dental nurse for their new and busy NHS & private dental practice in Flint.
This exciting opportunity is a full time position between Monday - Friday from 8.30am - 5.30pm .
Training within the practice will include:
Reception:
* administration duties including making patient appointments including telephone
and face-to-face communication, collection of patient charges, ensuring the day to
day smooth running of the dental practice using the dental software.
* Liaising with the dental clinicians and staff to ensure the day to
day smooth running of the dental practice using the dental software.
Dental Nursing:
* being able to carry out high quality dental nursing to assist each clinicians with
dental procedures
* ensuring that all cross-infection and decontamination procedures are carried out
in correctly
* Preparing and closing of the surgeries
* Health and Safety procedures
* Infection Control procedures
* Basic First Aid & Medical Emergencies
* Patient Confidentiality and GDPR procedures
Minimum wage will be paid whilst in training.
Minimum Requirements:
* Driving license
* Computer literacy
