Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
What you'll bring:
• A solid foundation and knowledge of child development
• Experience of working with SEN children
• Innovative and creative planning for all age groups
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
• Strong leaderships skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent organisation and admin skills
• Food Hygiene and Paediatric First Aid are desirable
You’ll be expected to:
• Champion safeguarding and pupil, staff, wellbeing
• Plan and deliver inspiring activities.
• Manage staffing levels and maintain ratios.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and professionals.
• Create a positive team culture, supporting staff development and training.
• Assist with the administration required to run the club effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement and high-quality provision.
• Cover both Before and After School Clubs, and Holiday Club (actual shift pattern TBC).
