Summary
St Teresa’s Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated and supportive team.The successful candidate will work under the direction of a qualified teacher to support high-quality teaching and learning across the school. The role includes delivering learning activities, supporting pupil progress, leading small group interventions and providing whole-class cover in line with agreed school procedures.________________________________________Salary:£32,597 - £35,412 per annum pro rata, actual £24,332 - £26,433 per annum, 32.5 hours per week, term time, plus 3 training days________________________________________
We are looking for someone who:
• Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience
• Has experience of working across the primary age range
• Can confidently lead learning activities and cover classes when required
• Has strong behaviour management and positive relationship-building skills
• Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
• Will support and promote the Catholic ethos of the school
