Summary
The role: Providing professional supervision to two Assistant Psychologists working across four services Supporting multidisciplinary teams through psychological consultation and formulation Facilitating reflective practice to promote psychologically informed care Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives Supporting the delivery of staff training and development Providing specialist psychological advice and guidance where required Promoting evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches across the services This role is primarily supervisory and consultative in nature and is ideally suited to an experienced psychologist who enjoys supporting teams, developing services and enhancing the quality of psychological care.
