Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer / Packing Associate to join our warehouse operations team. The role involves accurately packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and safety procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to packing instructions
Ensure all items are correctly labeled, sealed, and ready for dispatch
Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies before packing
Maintain accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory handling
Load and unload goods when required
Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient packing area
Follow warehouse safety guidelines and company procedures
Assist in stock counting and inventory checks
Report damaged or missing items to supervisors promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic education (Matric/High School or equivalent preferred)
Previous warehouse or packing experience is an advantage (not always required)
Ability to work quickly with attention to detail
Good physical stamina (ability to lift and move packages)
Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse operations
Team player with a responsible and punctual attitude
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Working Conditions
Fast-paced warehouse environment
May require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights
Shift-based work (including evenings or weekends depending on business needs)
