We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding residential property management company that maintains a diverse portfolio of properties across West London. No two days are the same. You'll work across multiple residential sites, resolving maintenance issues, carrying out repairs, and helping ensure residents enjoy safe, well-maintained homes.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Mobile Multi-Trade Maintenance Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• General property repairs and maintenance
• Diagnosing and resolving tenant maintenance issues
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry/joinery repairs
• Installing and replacing locks, fixtures, shelving, and fittings
• Minor decorating and touch-up works
• Property inspections and routine maintenance checks
• Basic appliance fault diagnosis and repairs
• Furniture assembly and general handyman duties
• Supporting planned maintenance programmes
• Liaising with contractors and specialist trades when required
• Identifying larger repair requirements and reporting accordingly
• Responding to occasional emergency maintenance call-outs

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a practical, reliable, and self-motivated tradesperson who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Access to a van or suitable vehicle
• Own tools
• Proven experience in residential property maintenance or multi-trade roles
• Strong skills in basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry/joinery
• Ability to diagnose and resolve common maintenance issues independently
• Excellent problem-solving skills and practical approach
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
• Comfortable managing a mobile workload and working autonomously

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience within property management, housing, or residential maintenance
• Multi-trade qualifications or relevant technical certifications
• Experience in a field-based/mobile maintenance role
• Understanding of health and safety requirements within residential properties
• Planned maintenance and refurbishment experience
