Summary
This is a unique role that blends strategic marketing creation with organized administrative execution. Because this is a remote position, we need a true self-leadersomeone who doesn't just wait for instructions, but brings fresh ideas to the table and executes them effectively. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Strategy Strategy Development: Design and implement creative marketing strategies to introduce our new digital tool to the English healthcare market. Lead Generation: Identify and target key decision-makers within regulated health and adult social care organizations. Campaign Creation: Brainstorm, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing ideas (e.g., email outreach, social media, content marketing). Market Awareness: Position our digital tool as a "must-have" solution for compliance, efficiency, or care quality in England. Administration & CRM Management (40%) CRM Management: Keep our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system clean, updated, and organized. Track leads, pipelines, and interactions. Data Organization: Maintain accurate records of target organizations, contact details, and outreach history. Daily Admin: Handle general administrative tasks to support business operations and ensure smooth communication. Candidate Requirements Essential Skills & Experience: English Proficiency: Fluent or native-level spoken and written English with excellent communication skills. Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in creating marketing strategies, generating leads, and executing campaigns from scratch. Administrative Experience: Strong background in general administration and managing business workflows. Self-Leadership: Highly autonomous. You must be able to manage your own time, take initiative, and come up with independent solutions.
