Summary
Morgan Hunt currently require a Print & Post room Assistant for Local Gov based in Warwickshire on a Temporary basis
Pay Rate : £18ph Ltd
Hours :28 hrs 9am to 5pm Tues to Fri.
Location : Warwickshire
Duration : 3 months on going contract
Job Role
The candidate will have a good standard of education including English and Maths.
IT literacy required to deal accurately with numbers and codes.
Must be able lift and carry fairly heavy boxes as well as performing duties both stood up and seated.
All candidates will require a minimum of GCSE in English and Maths, or equivalent.
Brief outline of the role:
Sorting and opening post. Scanning and indexing documents. Operating an envelope inserter machine to prepare external post. Franking post as required.
Operate large photocopiers and ancillary print finishing equipment after training. Keep accurate records of quantities and procedures.
Office administration including emails in outlook, excel spreadsheets, Microsoft word, and Microsoft teams as well as other specialist software.
Work as part of a small team covering a variety of tasks.
The role is part time, required working pattern is Tuesday to Friday Hours are 9.00am to 1.00pm with lunch until 2.00pm. Then 2.00pm to 5.00pm.
