Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a respected childcare provider seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years professional who is committed to delivering outstanding care and education while supporting children's development in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and early years education to children.
- Act as a Key Person, building positive relationships with children and families.
- Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Complete observations and assessments to support children's learning and development.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements are met at all times.
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification (CACHE, NVQ, NNEB or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
