We are currently recruiting for a Linisher / Metal Finisher to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Tamworth (B78).

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual in metal finishing, grinding, deburring, or polishing who is seeking a stable, long-term role within a busy production environment.

Duties Include:

• Linishing and finishing metal components to a high standard
• Grinding, deburring, and polishing materials
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Conducting quality checks on finished products
• Working to production schedules and deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Linisher, Metal Finisher, Grinder, or in a similar manufacturing role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Commitment to health and safety procedures
