About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Children's Support Workers to join an established EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) Children's Home in Loughborough.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to young people, promoting their independence, well-being, and personal development within a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support young people with their day-to-day needs
• Promote positive outcomes and independence
• Build positive relationships with young people
• Support individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Follow safeguarding procedures and company policies
• Participate in a rolling rota including sleep-ins
Essential Requirements
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Previous experience working with children or young adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour
• Ability to work flexible shifts on a rolling rota
• No work restrictions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Available to start next week
