• Leading and mentoring a team of Teaching Assistants in classrooms and interventions
• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group learning support across year groups
• Collaborating with SENCO, teachers and external specialists on personalised support plans
• Coordinating behaviour management strategies and adapting resources for diverse needs
• Creating, tracking, and analysing student progress data for maximum impact
