Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

This role is vital in promoting excellent attendance and punctuality among our students, helping us maintain high standards and support student success.Responsibilities include monitoring student attendance records, identifying patterns of absence or lateness, liaising with parents and guardians, supporting students with attendance challenges, working closely with teaching staff and external agencies to improve attendance rates.

Skills and Qualifications:- Experience in a similar role or relevant setting- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents/carers, staff, and external partners- Proficient in using data management systems for recording attendance information- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures related to student welfare.
