Rashwood Care Home, CQC rated overall (rating), seeks to recruit to the following role:
Care Assistant – 24.5 - 36.75 hours per week
£13.45 - £13.68 (dependent on qualifications) per hour plus excellent benefits.

These are exciting times at Rashwood Care Home with growths in the number of residents we support, we are looking to expand our team and have a vacancy for a Care Assistant, based at our superb heritage site, set in beautiful grounds within Droitwich, Worcestershire.
Here at Rashwood Care Home, we pride ourselves on giving our residents an excellent standard of person-centred care and to ensure this happens, we seek candidates who recognise that delivering excellent care is a vocation, not simply a job. To attract such high-quality Care Assistants, we offer good shift patterns that allow flexibility wherever possible and excellent training and support, where you can obtain NVQ level 2 and 3 qualifications, all while being supported by a strong and committed senior team.
