Summary
For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification The post-holder will be required to comply with relevant statutory requirements relating to the manufacture of radioactive medicinal products, including those related to Good Manufacturing Practice, as defined in The Rules and Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Distributors (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency). The post-holder will, jointly with the senior scientific Radiopharmacy team, maintain the comprehensive Radiopharmacy Quality Management System, including Standard Operating Procedures, validation of premises and processes, accurate recording of CAPA events and involvement in subsequent investigations. The post-holder will be involved with the training of staff in accordance with the Radiopharmacy training program, as part of the overall Radiopharmacy Quality Management System. The post-holder will, jointly with other members of the senior scientific Radiopharmacy team, be involved with the development and provision of a complex radiolabelling service (including radiolabelling of peptides for therapeutic applications). The post-holder will, jointly with other members of the senior scientific Radiopharmacy team, be involved in development and delivery of the radiopharmaceutical services. The post-holder will, jointly with other members of the senior scientific Radiopharmacy team, be involved in a range of clinical trial related activities.
