Summary
Location and Shift: North-West (multi-site) | Full-time | Minimum one day per week based in Manchester

We're looking for a Facilities Management Coordinator who will act as the customer-facing representative across multiple sites, bringing together facilities services to provide a seamless, high-quality experience for building users.
Role Responsibilities:
-Act as the first point of contact for all FM-related queries, ensuring requests are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently
-Maintain a visible presence across sites, proactively supporting occupants and ensuring shared spaces are clean, tidy, and well-presented
-Coordinate and manage work orders via CAFM systems, including raising jobs, tracking progress, and liaising with relevant teams
-Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on outstanding issues and service delivery
-Support health, safety, and compliance activities, including playing an active role during fire emergency procedures and carrying out monthly PPMs
Required Qualifications:Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
-Proven experience in Facilities Management
-IOSH or NEBOSH certified.
-Experience using CAFM systems for logging and managing work orders.
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
