Summary
The Basics
Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 depending on experience
Reporting to: Programme Manager
Location: Luton & Stevenage, with daily travel across the region and some home working
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (including up to 2 evenings per week until 7pm)

Job Overview
The Senior Programme Coordinator is a skilled youth practitioner and leader who plays a central role in the quality and coordination of Dallaglio RugbyWorks delivery across the East of England region.
This is a hands-on role combining direct delivery with operational oversight, team leadership, partnership management, and safeguarding responsibility. The successful candidate will lead by example, delivering high-quality interventions to young people while supporting and developing a regional team of delivery staff to consistently achieve high standards.
Alongside delivery, the Senior Programme Coordinator will coordinate regional timetables and logistics, maintain strong relationships with schools and partners, and ensure safeguarding, monitoring, reporting, and impact measurement processes are embedded across all activity.
The postholder will be passionate about supporting young people who are disengaged from education or facing significant challenges and will be committed to helping both individuals and teams achieve meaningful outcomes.
