Summary
ROLE: M&E Project ManagerHOURS: 40 Hours per weekLOCATION: Fife, Scotland

Role Responsibilities:
-Define project scope with key stakeholders and deliver M&E projects safely, on time and within budget.
-Lead, coordinate and motivate project teams, including specialist designers and contractors.
-Manage risks, change control and project dependencies across multiple workstreams.
-Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, contractual obligations and industry standards.
-Monitor project performance, financial controls and forecasts while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
-Minimum 5 years' experience in an M&E construction or engineering environment.
-Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
-Confident leadership and communication skills, with stakeholder management experience.
-Strong commercial awareness including budget and financial management.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Microsoft Project preferred.
