Summary
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team!
You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth running back of house, helping our cooks to get customer dishes out safely and efficiently.
Main duties include, pot wash, food prep, general cleaning of the kitchen, and occasionally serving food.
Good housekeeping of the café environment and following health and safety regulations is essential.

The hours for this position are:
24 hours over 3 days on a flexible rota.
