We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and creative Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming team at Little meadows Nursery, a setting inspired by the The Curiosity Approach.

Our nursery environment is thoughtfully designed to inspire imagination, independence, and exploration, using natural resources, open-ended play opportunities, and child-led learning experiences.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 2 - 5 years
Create engaging, nurturing, and enabling environments
Support children’s curiosity, creativity, and independence
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
Observe, assess, and plan in line with the EYFS
Work collaboratively as part of a passionate team
Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing are always prioritised

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
Has a genuine passion for early years education
Understands or is interested in the Curiosity Approach ethos
Is warm, patient, and enthusiastic
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
Is committed to creating magical childhood experiences

Experience within an early years setting is preferred, but we also welcome practitioners who are eager to learn and grow within our approach.
