The Role
No two shifts are the same. One week you could be working at a large-scale festival, the next at a busy venue or supporting security at a private site.
You’ll be part of a team delivering high standards of safety, professionalism and customer service wherever you’re deployed.

Key Responsibilities
• Providing a strong and visible security presence
• Managing crowds at events and festivals
• Access control, searching and site security
• Responding quickly and professionally to incidents
• Conducting patrols and maintaining site safety
• Supporting front-of-house operations
• Representing the company to a high standard at all times

• Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding)
• Reliable, professional and well-presented
• Strong communication skills
