Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budgets
- Demonstrate vehicle features and key benefits during sales consultations
- Arrange and conduct test drives efficiently and professionally
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet targets
- Promote finance, warranty, and additional products to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
- Build and nurture relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Well-presented and confident in a face-to-face customer environment
- Full UK driving licence
