Duties:
- Carry out vehicle inspections, servicing, and repairs efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose vehicle issues precisely and provide appropriate repair solutions in line with dealership standards
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records
- Assist with MOT testing if qualified, ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers regarding vehicle status and repairs
- Contribute to a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Relevant formal qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership preferred
- MOT Tester qualification is highly advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
