Summary

Part-Time Accounts Administrator (Invoicing Focus)

Burton-on-Trent | Part-Time | Flexible Hours

We're currently recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join a busy and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and experience in finance admin, particularly around invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising and processing sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Chasing outstanding invoices and supporting credit control
  • Managing purchase invoices and matching to orders where required
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and updating systems
  • Handling general accounts admin and supporting the wider finance team

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in an accounts/admin or finance role
  • Strong invoicing experience is essential
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage workload independently
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams
