Summary
External candidates applying for this role must be a Rochdale Resident who lives within the municipal boundaries of the Borough of Rochdale (i.e where the household pays council tax to Rochdale Borough Council).
2 Receptionist Posts Norden SEND Family Hub Part-time, Temporary for 12 months:
Post 1 - 9.00 am 2.00 pm
Post 2 5 afternoon shifts, including up to 3 evenings per week finishing at 7.00 pm.
Monday to Friday and occasional weekends
Location: Norden SEND Family Hub, next to Norden Community Primary School , Shawfield Lane, Norden, Rochdale, OL12 7RQ (occasionally based at other hubs within the Rochdale North Neighbourhood)

What you’ll do:
- Greet families, children, and professionals with warmth and positivity
- Provide information and signposting to services, including SEND support.
- Manage phone and in-person enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Support the smooth running of the hub with admin and organisational tasks
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service
