Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Supervisor to join our team within a product wash facility. The role involves overseeing reusable plastic products as they are received, logged, washed, processed, and prepared for storage or client dispatch.

About the Role

As a Wash Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of wash operations, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and to the highest hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate wash unit activities and team members
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
    • Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the wash unit and equipment
    • Monitor chemical usage, stock levels, and equipment maintenance
    • Provide training and support to new and existing team members
    • Ensure consistent output quality and adherence to turnaround times
    • Open and close the warehouse as required
    • Organise and sort reusable cups safely and correctly for storage or delivery
    • Clean and inspect reusable plastic cups to ensure hygiene standards are met and products are free from contamination or damage

    Skills & Qualifications

      • Ability to lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet targets
      • Previous warehouse experience preferred
      • Forklift licence desirable but not essential
      • Good understanding of health and safety regulations
      • Comfortable carrying out manual handling tasks
      • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
      • Flexible and willing to undertake additional duties when required
